- Really good service, flexible check-in, fine views

- Rooftop pool cramped, some requests require multiple reminders

The place was clean and fully equipped, it had superfriendly staff at the reception desk. We thoroughly enjoyed double room with a GREAT view on the skyline. The location in a great area was marvellous and there were a shopping centre and a small grocery store nearby.

Well-organised and brand-new unit with an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

ideal location for city strolls and park visits

I was kinda surprised by my visit, as the hotel offered superb accessibility to nearby parks like Yad Le Banim Park which is just over 1 km away, perfect for a leisurely afternoon walk, and some really great dining options are conveniently located in less than a 5-minute walk at Café Greg, making it easy to grab a bite before heading back out to explore.

Modern hip new hotel with very good staff from management to maid service. Roof top bar, fairly quiet room with a great view, a bath and good breakfast. Tasteful food choices for breakfast. Had great and perfect location to the Ben Gurion airport, close to Hagadol Mall. Based really close to a shopping mall for all needs-even dining and a movie theater, and the center, near shopping mall, parking place. Honestly no reason to complain.

The room was spotless, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and bathrobes in the bathroom.

Staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and a lovely park for relaxation. While the air conditioning system could be temperamental, the generosity of the staff made up for it.

Amazing staff, great location!

Spent 4 nights here and wow, the staff was super friendly! They were really helpful with tips on getting around, even showed me how to grab a bus card. The buffet breakfast was tasty with loads of options. Only wish the rooftop pool had more loungers. It felt crowded sometimes.

Do recommend for overnight stay

Comfortable room, excellent amenities, with really good views of the Tel Aviv skyline and a fantastic location near a huge shopping mall where you can find everything you need.

The attention to my allergy needs was amazing! Doron from management were really good. The only downside was the room cleaning wasn't very prompt at first. A fantastic stay 🍷

The staff at Prima was very nice! They were really good too accommodate our needs, even arranging transportation and providing extra services like a light dinner in the lounge. The rooftop pool was a refreshing break after a busy day, and breakfast was a good array of options. Our room on the 16th floor offered lovely views and was meticulously cleaned every day.

Air conditioning could be temperamental.

The fine views from our room at night were a highlight, and the rooftop lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere. While the rooftop pool was enjoyable, it felt a bit cramped at times due to limited loungers. Easy access to a nearby mall added convenience .
